Real photos from our factory floor, not renderings. Before a Panda White order is packed, we lay the cut pieces out in sequence (curved stair treads, winders, long panels and strips) so you can see how the black veins run across every joint and approve the layout from photos.

A full set of curved stair treads laid out in sequence on the factory floor, so the black veins can be checked around the turn before packing.

Tread blanks set out in a long staggered run to see how the big black swirls travel from one step to the next.

Wedge-shaped winder treads set out as a sweeping turn, with the gray-black bands running across every piece.

A worker checking a line of shaped stair pieces, with the numbered treads of a spiral stair laid out beside him.

Close-up of tapered treads in a curved run. Fine gray and black lines cross each joint in one controlled sweep.

Two matching groups of stair pieces on the workshop floor, laid out so the dark vein can be followed through the steps.

Rows of narrow risers and larger shaped pieces from one stair order, the broad black veins running on across neighboring parts.

Polished panels laid on the factory floor so the black bands can be followed across neighboring pieces before they are crated.

Two runs of long, narrow pieces on the workshop floor, the near-vertical black veins carried from one piece to the next.

Two sets of slender polished strips side by side. Each black vein varies in width and direction, so the order matters.
